Using Three sets XR Foam Replacement Sets:
To replace foam, remove all existing foam from goggle. Peel pack adhesive liner from new foam. Match up the correct foam to the correct eye and press adhesive side of foam against rubber eye cup. Repeat on other side. To clean, hand wash with warm water and mild anti-bacterial soap as needed. Rinse well with warm water, remove excess water with towel and air dry.
