The Basic TE Beads kit is a great all purpose starter kit. Use the tranquileyes goggle with thermoeyes Beads to conveniently create 12-15 minute moist heat therapy to help relieve dry, red eyes or create 10 minute cold therapies to reduce puffiness. The goggle is also very comfortable for sleep, blocking all light while keeping drafts from drying the eyes at night.
