Using thermoeyes XR Beads Spare:

Thermoeyes Beads are for use with the tranquileyes XR goggle (larger goggle). To use for heat, place Beads in fabric pocket. Place both into 2 cups of water. Heat on high for 90 seconds. Remove and place into the back of the XR goggle. Enjoy approximately 25 minutes of Moist Heat therapy. For cold therapy, place Beads into pockets, moisten with water and place into freezer for 20 minutes. Enjoy 30 minutes of cold therapy.

One replacement set of thermoeyes™ XR Beads. These are to be used with the tranquileyes™ XR goggle. The XR Beads allow you to create a 20-25 minute hot compress and up to a 45 minute cold compress. Good for at least 50 hot compresses.
