Boost the benefits of tranquileyes dry eye treatments with these reusable hot packs.  The micro-waveable version of thermoeyes heat up in boiling water.  After they are hot, tuck them inside the tranquileyes goggle along with the moistened white foam that comes in the kit (thermopad).  The additional heat helps open the meibomian glands to release oils critical to slowing evaporation of our natural tears.
