First, be certain that you have a complete seal of the eye covers around your orbital area. If you have a complete seal and do not have severe dry eyes, you will notice results within a week. You will know you have a complete seal when you wear tranquileyes™ and see no visible sign of light coming through. If you do see light, tighten the comfort wrap. If you still see light, gently rotate the eye covers around the orbital area – the foam should seal around the eye with gentle pressure. If you are unable to form a complete seal, please call us at 1-888-730-7999 ext. 703 so that we may work with you to obtain a better fit. Second, give your body time to repair. If you suffer from a chronic condition of dry eyes, you will feel immediate relief while using your tranquileyes™. However, it will take at least two to three weeks of daily use before gaining the full benefit of tranquileyes™. Please be patient. We assure you, if you are dedicated to regular use of your tranquileyes™, you will experience enhanced dry eye relief. If after following the above you remain unsatisfied, please give us a call toll free at 1-888-730-7999 ext. 703. We will provide you with instructions for return. All returns must be received within 30 days of purchase and include proof of purchase. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
